"I would love to tell you the story of how I first met Linda. My husband and I attend the Seaford DU Banquet each year. In June of 2000, we saw Linda and her husband Dick with one of their pups and of course being a dog lover, we had to stop and chat and hold the pup of course! Linda gave us one of her business cards as we discussed the possibility of obtaining one of her labs. At that point, we already had 3 dogs in our house and according to the local ordinances we couldn't have anymore without a kennel license. So the following June we again attended the banquet with our friends, Doug and Cindy. Our oldest dog, now a 17 year old Brittany Spaniel, was really failing. We knew it was time to do something, but my husband wanted a replacement to help with the heartache. We were in hopes of seeing Linda and Dick at the banquet again. What luck! They were there and had brought one of their pups, as others do. (cont'd on next page)
